We can’t say enough about Steven and Wendy! They are a fantastic team and bring both of their strengths to form a Super Team! From the first time we met them, we felt very well taken care of. They are true professionals that know the marketplace inside and out. They gave us their expert advice on how to best prepare our house for sale (we were hoping for a quick one, since we were moving out of state).

We followed their advice to the letter – and had 2 offers within the first day! Throughout the process they were patient and generous with their time, even going far beyond the call of duty when we were called out of town, due to family emergency. While we were away there were terrible storms, and Steven checked on our house several times – watered our plants and even cleaned up water than had gotten in the basement.
